Tagusari Bros.

The Tagusari Bros. centers on Tagusari Makoto and Tagusari Minoru, two brothers forever marked by their parents’ unsolved murder. Their case tragically reached its statute of limitations just two days before Japan abolished this law for heinous crimes, leaving the perpetrators legally unpunishable. Driven by a burning desire for justice and truth beyond the law, both brothers join the police force. Makoto, the older sibling, becomes a dedicated detective, while Minoru, the younger, serves as a meticulous medical examiner. Together, they embark on a relentless quest to uncover the real culprit behind their parents’ murder, now 31 years in the past. As they pursue this cold case, the brothers also confront a dizzying array of heinous crimes that plague their city daily, tirelessly working to bring all criminals to justice, regardless of legal limitations.
