Guppy

Guppy tells the compelling story of a woman whose dreams of a career in law enforcement were cut short by health complications during police training. After marrying a police officer and starting a family with their son, her life takes a tragic turn when her husband unexpectedly passes away, leaving her to raise their young child alone. Faced with the daunting task of providing for her family, she secures a job as a cleaning staff member handling special cases at Sunshine Cleaning Company. This seemingly ordinary role leads her into extraordinary circumstances. The film explores her journey as she navigates challenging cases and, more importantly, forms unexpected, yet profoundly warm and genuine human connections with a group of unique colleagues. It’s a powerful narrative about resilience, finding purpose in unforeseen places, and the enduring strength of the human spirit amidst life’s curveballs.
