Aoshima and Yukino are coworkers who have never exchanged a single word. One evening, their paths unexpectedly cross at a bar, leading to a surprising turn of events. When Yukino receives a call reminding her of a friend’s upcoming wedding, she accidentally blurts out that she broke up with her boyfriend six months ago. Desperate to avoid awkward questions, she makes an impulsive plea to Aoshima: pretend to be her boyfriend for just one day at the wedding.

To Yukino’s shock and relief, Aoshima agrees, though he secretly has his own motives.
