Summary:
Sword and Beloved unveils the extraordinary journey of Wangquan Fu Gui, a young man born into immense power as the son of Wangquan Hong Ye and Dongfang Huai Zhu. Though the most formidable member of his family and rigorously trained as a Daoist soldier, Fu Gui lives a life devoid of personal freedom. His meticulously controlled world is upended by Qing Tong, initially a spy planted by Poison Lady to gather vital intelligence. Through Fu Gui’s compassionate intervention, Qing Tong regains her cherished liberty. As their bond deepens, their shared experiences rekindle within Fu Gui a powerful longing for his own freedom and ignite a profound vision for a more peaceful world. This compelling narrative explores how unexpected connections can forge a path to self-discovery and a new destiny.
